Section 70.405

Exceptions.

Adopted August 30, 2015

  1. (a) Street extensions. This division does not obligate the village to any payments which arise by reason of street extensions.
  2. (b) New subdivisions. This division is not applicable to new subdivisions, such subdivisions being subject to the Subdivision Ordinance, Ordinance No. 52. (Comp. Ords. 1987, § 25.106)
