Section 70.117

Local ordinance.

Adopted August 30, 2015

The authority to carry out and enforce a local cross connection control program will be in accordance with this article, any other amendments thereto and in accordance with the Cross Connection Rules Manual published by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality.
