Section 70.43

Size and installation.

  1. (a) All water service connections from the water main to the meter pit at the right-of-way shall be one-inch K copper or two-inch poly tubing SDR-9 with bronze fittings and shall be installed by Village of Mayville at the expense of the property owner.
  2. (b) The service line from the meter pit to the building shall be installed by the owner at the owner's expense and must be inspected by the village. Any water loss from the service line will be the responsibility of the premises owner. (Ord. No. 168, § VI(6.3), 9-17-2013)
