Section 70.35

Supervision and control of system.

Adopted August 30, 2015

  1. (a) Designation of authority. The operation, maintenance, alteration, repair, and management of the system shall be under the supervision and control of the village council.
  2. (b) Mandatory water connection. A water connection shall be initiated by filing an application with the village, containing the name and address of the applicant; the size of the water service connection pipes desired; and the distance, if known, that the property is located from any existing public water main.
