Section 30.31
Definition.
Adopted August 30, 2015
Public nuisances are hereby declared to be those things, acts or uses of property which:
- (1) Annoy, injure or endanger the safety, health, comfort or repose of the public.
- (2) In any way render the public insecure in life or in the use of their property.
- (3) Affect, to any extent, the public peace and safety. (Comp. Ords. 1987, § 20.101)
