NUISANCES

Section 30.31

Definition.

Adopted August 30, 2015

Public nuisances are hereby declared to be those things, acts or uses of property which:

  1. (1) Annoy, injure or endanger the safety, health, comfort or repose of the public.
  2. (2) In any way render the public insecure in life or in the use of their property.
  3. (3) Affect, to any extent, the public peace and safety. (Comp. Ords. 1987, § 20.101)

Section 30.32

Nuisances prohibited.

Adopted August 30, 2015

It shall be unlawful for any person to create or maintain a public nuisance as defined in section 30-31. [3]
