The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: Structure means that which is built or constructed, an edifice or building of any kind, or any piece of work artificially built up or composed of parts joined together in some definite manner. Section 18.62

Any person violating any provision of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished in accordance with section 1-11.
Section 18.63

The department of public works superintendent shall supply the route over which a structure is to be moved and the time allowed for such moving. All reasonable effort must be made in the moving so as to least obstruct any street, alley or other public place, and if it becomes necessary to leave the structure thereon after sundown, there shall be erected around the structure a suitable warning barrier and the structure shall be properly illuminated to prevent injuries or damages.
